Could it be that we'll soon be seeing funding commitments in the Cybersecurity Pilot Program? Or did someone at USAC decide that they needed a newsletter for December? It seemed like they'd run out of things to say after September, but we got a newsletter this month.
At first, I thought it was promising that USAC was giving out invoicing instructions. They wouldn't give out those instructions unless we'll be invoicing soon, would they? Well, yeah, they would. In fact, they already did: this month's newsletter is just a copy-and-paste job from the September newsletter.
If they don't get PIA going soon on the Pilot, it's going to run smack-dab into PIA for the E-Rate window. Not to mention the applicants whose cybersecurity plan is waiting to be funded....
